About · Toronto
An independent research lab.
Gubernaut is a zero-revenue research preview. There is no product for sale, no pricing, and no incorporated-entity claim; the operating-name registration is pending. What exists is a validated V1 result and the discipline that produced it: pre-registration, cross-family evaluation, and a record that keeps its one null cell in the headline.
01 · Stance
Evidence first.
Zero revenue
No product, no pricing, no fundraising claims on this site. A research preview that publishes its method.
Pre-registered
Criteria frozen before the run. Failures stay in the record as data: five of them, documented.
Reproducible
Every number traces to a sealed table; every reply ships with SHA-256 provenance and can be re-judged.
02 · Founder
Dushyant Sharma
Principal Architect & Founder, Gubernaut
Toronto
Gubernaut is a control-theoretic approach to LLM regulation: a deterministic governor that monitors affective telemetry and sets the posture under which a host model may respond. The founder designed the architecture and ran the pre-registered V1 evaluation that this site reports: the cross-family triangulation, the recovery property, and the five documented failure modes that shaped each fix.
The framing here is secular control theory throughout: monitoring and control, postures and recovery windows, measured effects with stated uncertainty. The architecture's design provenance is documented in the white paper's provenance table; it does not change how the system is described or what it is claimed to do.
03 · Principles
Measured, with receipts
Claims carry a pointer: a table, a trace, a log. Effects are reported with their t-statistics and their nulls.
Replay-labeled demos
The cockpit is a recorded run replay with no live API. The audited record is the product.
Null results stay in
The one null cell sits in the headline itself. It produced the most decision-relevant finding.
Scoped to the controller
Injection-resistance is claimed for the token-free controller only; the arbiter reads text by necessity.
Contact
Request a live audit session.
Serious auditors, researchers, and collaborators can request a walkthrough of the live system against their own probes. Public contact routes are being set up; until then this is a standing, good-faith invitation.
